Meet the Chocolate Maker

Louise Attenborough - Head Chocolatier

Chocolate Collective was founded by Louise Attenborough, after searching high and low for someone who offered children’s chocolate parties for her daughter, Sophie’s, birthday party. Noticing a gap in the market, Louise seized the moment and Chocolate Collective was born.

Louise started out by offering the Deluxe Chocolate Truffle-Making Workshops to the lucky people of Greater Manchester, before word spread and she was able to expand her team and her locations to cover Birmingham and the West Midlands, Leeds and Yorkshire.

Chocolate Collective is now trusted partner to some of the biggest names delivering experience days, including Red Letter Days, Into the Blue, Buy a Gift, Experience Days, Activity Superstore plus many Hen and Stag agencies.

Meet head chocolatier Louise

You may find it surprising, but Louise never really liked chocolate growing up! Now, her knowledge, skill and passion for all things chocolate is unmistakeable and surpassed only by her love for working with people; adults and children alike. Nothing gives her more pleasure than teaching others and seeing them delight in their creations.

Having successfully built the business with her own two (chocolate-covered) hands in the last 4 years, Louise has big plans to expand, bringing Chocolate Collective’s chocolatey goodness and interactive workshops to other areas of the UK.

Louise is a keep fit enthusiast, dog lover, keen gardener and relishes the great outdoors. Which is a good job when you live, breathe and happily eat chocolate every day!
