Celebrate Summer with Chocolate Collective
With the long nights and the balmy days of summer stretching ahead of us for another month (we can wish…), this is the perfect time to grab your nearest and dearest for a celebration, before the rain and cold drives us back indoors!
The great thing about a Chocolate Collective celebration is that it is so flexible it can be adapted to whatever event you are celebrating.
So, to help give you some celebration inspiration, I’ve come up with hints and tips for some of the most popular events we cater for.
Hen Party
Private, exclusive and memorable, our hen party workshops are available to groups upward of 15 people. They’re an inclusive and creative way to get everyone involved and interacting, whilst learning the art of luxury Belgian chocolate truffle making.
Completely flexible, we can bring our workshop to you.
A great way to add some extra sparkle to your summer hen party celebration is greeting each hen with an ice-cold, bubbly glass of Prosecco. It’s a great way to get the party started and goes perfectly with chocolate.
Milestone Birthday
A big birthday deserves a big get together. A Chocolate Collective workshop is a great birthday activity because it appeals to all ages, gender and culture meaning everyone can join in. After all, who doesn’t love chocolate!?
Make a birthday celebration extra special by filling the workshop space with the same number of balloons as the milestone age you’re celebrating. Or perhaps you could include some party games to really make it feel like a birthday party, with a prize for the person who makes the most truffles, a prize for the fastest person to create a truffle, and a prize for the person who eats the most chocolate!
Baby Shower
A Chocolate Collective Celebration workshop is just as fun, with or without alcohol, which is one of the reasons it makes such a lovely treat for an expectant mum-to-be.
Attendees simply pick a blue or a pink marshmallow to dunk in chocolate, after which, our mum-to-be has the option to reveal who has guessed correctly or simply see which gender her friends think the baby will be.
Anniversary
Whether it’s the happy couple joining one of my existing workshops in Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham, or perhaps the kids organising a bespoke celebration for all the family in honour of their parents – there are plenty of ways to make this celebration special. From gold, silver or even copper themed decorations, to decorating the venue with pictures of the happy couple throughout the years. Another lovely idea is to bring anniversary themed tags with you, or let me know which anniversary the happy couple is celebrating so I can make sure I have the perfect shade of coloured ribbon with me – ruby, sapphire, gold?
Girlie Get Together
Who needs an excuse? If you simply want to get the girls together and have a summer celebration ‘just because’ then go ahead and do it. As a completely flexible service, I can bring my workshop to you, whether that’s at home, at your favourite restaurant, Airbnb, or at a country hotel where you’re having a girlie weekend away together. And to make it super special, you could organise goodie-bags for each of the girls containing a cute group photo and a mini bottle of fizz – the huge amount of decadent and delicious truffles you’ll make at the workshop will make the perfect finishing touch.
